Hello, World!
My name is Sean and I’m a software developer living in Canada 🇨🇦.
I started learning to program all the way back in high school, and instantly loved it. A knack for C++, and my favourite teacher Mr. Robbie Scott, convinced me to continue computer sciencing at the University of Manitoba. Six years, four internships and one foreign exchange later, I received my Bachelor of Computer Science.
My undergrad program has taken me all over the world. From San Francisco to Sweden, I’ve traveled for work terms, competitions and studies. I completed internships at Amazon and Facebook and, after graduating, moved to Seattle to work as an Android application engineer at Google. Currently, I’m working as a software developer engineer at Amazon.
I think of myself as a programmer first, but I also consider myself many other things as well—Musician, student, tutor, traveler, and board game enthusiast to name a few. One of my favourite hobbies is playing the guitar. You can usually find me learning or writing a new song whenever I have spare time.
I created this website as a place to share everything that I’ve made and everything that I’m working on. I hope you find something useful, whether it be a project, blog post, vegan recipe or song.
